We currently export to over 12 countries worldwide, so anywhere should not be impossible! Depending on size and nature of the order we will supply you with a fully inclusive quote to your desired destination. Please note that all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery charges are based on the size and weight of your items. We will calculate, inform and make you aware of any delivery charge and condition of sale to you on your quotation/email.
Who will deliver my order?
If we’re not able to deliver your items personally, we will endeavour to make sure your order is transported to you in a timely fashion, and we’ll give you as many updates as we can!
Our delivery service may be subject to adverse weather conditions and road networks. We cannot therefore be held liable for any costs arising from late delivery. We assume that access is available for vehicles for all deliveries and for HGV’S for larger orders. Deliveries are door-to-door and the driver cannot be expected to take items inside the property. We request that someone is available to sign for the goods upon delivery.
What if any item is damaged or I need to return something?
We do everything that we can to ensure your items reach you in the same perfect condition that they leave our factory, however we do encourage you to ensure that you thoroughly inspect your order when it arrives. If you do notice any damages, please make sure that these are written on the carrier’s note and only sign if you are 100% happy with your items.
You may reject any item following receipt if it is incorrect or has been damaged in transit. If this is the case, please note that you are required to notify EcoDepo within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please contact us by emailing email@example.com. We will arrange for goods to be collected and a replacement or full refund be arranged.
